Man pleads not guilty to theft, drug possession

FORSYTH — A 19-year-old Kissee Mills man has pled not guilty to stealing and drug possession charges.

Robert Victor D'Amico is charged with theft and receiving stolen property, both Class C felonies, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor, according to online court documents.
