Mock crash shows result of distracted driving

Forsyth High School partners with government entities to put on demonstration

FORSYTH — Forsyth High School students watched an “eye-opener” mock car crash resulting from distracted driving Monday.

The Elks Lodge, Mercy Hospital, Central Taney County Fire Protection District and Forsyth fire and police departments, Taney County Sheriff’s Department and Missouri State Highway Patrol presented the drug awareness and demonstration assembly. The mock car crash included victims and a fatality.
