Judge dismisses counterclaim in Grand Palace case

A federal judge dismissed a counterclaim Tuesday against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. related to the Grand Palace.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Dorr granted the FDIC’s motion to dismiss the counterclaim of Paul Dunn, a former leaseholder of the theater. He also denied Dunn’s motion of inquiry for fraud upon the court.
