Sales tax on the rebound

The city of Branson was up about 3 percent on sales tax receipts for the Christmas season, after it initially looked like it might be a down winter.

“November and December are good months for us,” said Garrett Anderson, economic development director for the city of Branson.

    Reading this is more fun than an old time comic book. There are more twists and turns in these figures than anyone can keep up with.
