SOUTHERN STONE COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Boy named honorary fire chief

A member of the Tri-Lakes community was recognized as an honorary fire chief by the Southern Stone County Fire Protection District.

Victor Kelbaugh, 10, the son of Capt. Jay Kelbaugh and his wife Becci Jo Kelbaugh, has a condition known as arthrogyroposis, which is a rare genetic disorder characterized by multiple joint contractures and muscle weakness and fibrosis.
